The 2025 application has been mailed to all owners and is also now available in the on-site Management office. A completed application and a passport size photograph of each resident of your condo unit are required for the 2025 lifeguards pool admissions book.
The Management office must have a current lease with all residents named on the lease and the current Rental Housing License on file for tenants of rental units to be granted 2025 pool admission. The same requirements to receive parking stickers apply to condominium pool admission. Owner’s Condominium fees MUST be up-to-date AND YOUR UNIT MUST BE CLEAR OF ANY AND ALL VIOLATIONS TO ANY AND ALL OF THE CONDOMINIUM RULES.
CURRENT PICTURES AND 2025 APPLICATIONS MUST BE PROVIDED BY ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS FOR THE LIFEGUARDS POOL ADMISSIONS BOOK. POOL PASSES ARE NOT USED OR ISSUED AND PRIOR YEAR POOL PASSES ARE NO LONGER VALID.
Only applications approved for Fireside residents will have their photo page in the Pool Admissions Book.
Fireside residents may bring a guest to the pool.
GUEST PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE IN THE ONSITE MGMT OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS.
GUEST PASSES ARE $3.00 FOR ONE DAY AT THE POOL. GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FIRESIDE RESIDENT WHO IS ALREADY REGISTERED IN THE LIFEGUARDS POOL ADMISSIONS BOOK.
Lifeguards DO NOT accept money for guest admissions at the pool. Please acquaint yourself with the rules and regulations PRIOR to using the pool. You may pick up a copy of the rules and regulations from the onsite office.
