The owner must provide an authorization and acknowledgement of the replacement fee associated with the non-return of all parking permits before any permit will be issues. Assuming the onsite office has the authorization and acknowledgment you must provide the onsite office with a copy of your driver’s license and vehicle registration. If you are renting the unit, your owner must have provided a copy of your lease (with the names and ages of each occupant listed individually) and the Rental Housing License. We must also have a working key to the unit for emergencies. The unit must not have any active violations and the condominium fee must be current.

Each unit is entitled to two (2) parking permits assuming the above documents and criteria have been met.
