Fireside Condominium was built in 1975 as a very modern and vibrant community which remained as such to today's day. There are 258 condominium units spread over 19 buildings. Condos are 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms (with 1, 2 and 2 bathrooms respectfully). We have plenty of parking, community pool, kids playground, community room and tennis court. Fireside Board meets once a month - open to public. We employ on-site manager and her assistant, We are located in Gaithersburg, 10 minutes from the Downtown Crown, right by 270 highway and Technology Corridor - public transit available (bus #59, Shady Grove Metro is 10 mins away).
